1.1 - My watermark is not to be removed, unless we come to an agreement considering a higher fee.
1.2 - You may not claim my work as yours.
1.3 - When using artwork I have produced, you must provide my name and a link to my social media. If sharing the artwork on Instagram, you just have to tag me (@yunjievt and/or yjie.art).2. USAGE
2.1 - I retain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio and the rights to post it on my social media. If you need me to wait before posting said artwork (ex: for an album release), you may ask me to do so.
2.3 You may not resell said artwork or use it to make items you intend to make a profit on (ex: keychains, pins, etc.), unless we come to an agreement considering a higher fee.
2.3.1 - Commercial use exemple includes, but is not limited to : png for vtubers, brb/waiting/offline screen, merchandise, etc. Can be discussed.
2.3.2 - Personal use exemple includes, but is not limited to : sharing said artwork on social media, using the artwork as profile picture on social media, etc. Can be discussed.
2.4 - All commissions are for personal use only, unless stated in the description or unless a written agreement has been emitted by me.
2.5 - Reproduction of my work, including on any blockchain-related (includes but is not limited to NFTs) endeavours is prohibited.
2.6 - Using my work to train any form of artificial intelligence (AI) is prohibited.3. PROCESS AND PAYMENT
3.1 - The commission process will be as follow :
1) Initial contact
2) Payment (first part)
3) Sketch
4) Approval
5) Lineart/Colour
6) Completion
7) Payment (second part)
8) Reception of the artwork by the client
3.2 - Major revisions such as composition and pose must be done during the sketching phase.
3.2.1 - Major revisions complete after the sketch has been approved will be done at an additional cost.
3.2.2 - A maximum of one revision will be allowed during the colouring phase. This revision will be limited to colours.
3.3 - After the rough draft has been completed, at least 50% of the payment must be submitted in order to continue work. The 50% option is only available through PayPal.
3.3.1 - The second part of the payment must be submitted before I send you the completed project.
3.4 - Duration of the work can take up to 1 month or more depending on my schedule, but I will do my best to complete the commission ASAP. The project can be completed under a (reasonable) fixed deadline for additional costs.
3.4.2 - I will try to provide updates at least once a week. However I still have a personal life, so I ask that you limit your requests for updates to once a week.
3.5 - I may charge a fee depending on the complexity.
3.6 - I will not provide a refund if I have already started working on the commission. You will only receive a refund if for any reason I am unable to complete the project.
3.7 - Payment can be done through PayPal invoice or Ko-fi.
3.8 - All prices are in USD currency.
3.9 - Use code guǒguǒ to get 5% off of your commission.4. OTHER
4.1 - All illustrations will have a simple background, except background illustrations.
4.2 - I reserve the right to refuse a commission; whether it is because I do not think I can fulfill the request or any other reason.
